Aloe Vera can be used either by extracting the gel directly from an Aloe Vera plant or you can simply purchase an Aloe Vera gel at your local pharmacy or nutritional store. Both forms are very affective in the treatment of diaper rash, however, keep in mind that when purchasing the Aloe Vera gel that you make sure that it does not have higher levels of water or other solutions than Aloe Vera as this will not be as effective.
