Cornerstone Class Reflection

Reflection Essay
Through the concluding of the Cornerstone class. I acquired a variety of skills, I also refresh my memory of concepts that I knew during my academic career, and the Course helped me to remind about. for me one the mayor hurdles during the course of this class was the interactive digital communication, it has always been one of my mayor challenges, fortunately by the end of the course, I have improved my skills, and now I am making changes to improving them with the use of digital tools and the management of it. I discovered that posting on the discussion board and interacting with other students keep me engage to the class. It also helps me to improve the way I write in discussion forums. Because when I used to write in discussion forums, I used to do it in first person. Now I can manage it.

Also, the lecture, help readers to understand that not only talent is required to success, if not, more important hard work. Those are the basic keys for success. Most of the people believed that those who succeed in life are people who are smarter than others or from privileged families. But, success is more related to timing, circumstances, practical thinking, persistency, natural talent and hard work, with those elements, goals can be achieved. We can see all these elements stated in Gladwell’s book. To have the opportunity to read this book during the course of the class, is more than a privileged for students, because, it helps us not only to understand how the system work, also to make adjustment in all life to created more confident, and achieve or
