Cornell Cooperative has used the grant to also purchase salad bars for aforementioned districts and is planning to use the funds to increase physical activity throughout the school day, implement a food waste management system as well as a recycling management system.
“I think this is a great initiative. I have enjoyed working with the staff at each of the districts.
