Now it can seem like a bit of a headache but the choice is completely yours now one can do is ugly go through the different types of beddings you can use your baby corn snake and adult corn snake and hopefully help you to make a decision what you want to use but before I go into it I just want to point out you could not use pine or cedar shavings these are toxic to your baby and adult corn snake they can lead to respiratory problems and skin problems so avoid them at all costs if you're currently using them take them straight out and replace them.

It is also very easy to heat to transfer through the paper although with this method make sure your heat mat is attached to a thermostat to prevent it getting too hot. You can also use shredded paper and this will give your snake the ability to burrow. Whatever you do do not use newspaper or any paper that has been printed on as this can be toxic to your snake so it's better to be safe than sorry.

Artificial grass: now I personally have never used artificial grass but I've noticed that is starting to become a craze for a lot of people. The reason I don't use artificial grass is it can be very costly it is also non-absorbents needs to be changed and cleaned on a regular basis . So if you are thinking of using artificial grass I would recommend cutting it into chunks so what you can do is as your cleaning one chunk you can input another dry chunk in while the one drying and being cleaned.

Now I hope I've covered all of the substrate you seen you can use your snake some are better than others but it's completely down to what you prefer in your price
