Based on my self-assessment on the LPI the areas I need to improve upon are inspiring a shared vision and challenging the process. During this assessment I was critical of myself which is reflected in my low scores. Based on the data below my perceived strengths are enabling others to act, modeling the way and encouraging the heart.

Inspiring a shared vision was within a point of the third leadership strength. The areas to improve upon listed above can and will be worked. I find it extremely interesting the data compiled scored my leadership skills lowest in the area of Challenging the Process.
