How long will it take CoQ10 to work?
Every person is different, therefore, each person will react differently to CoQ10 and experience its positive effects in their own time. Supplementing your diet with a CoQ10 supplement provides natural and sustained energy as opposed to a quick-fix like caffeine. On average, it takes about two to three weeks to replace and restore your Coenzyme Q10 levels to see positive effects, though you may feel some effects by day 5 of supplementation.
