It all starts where you shop. I always thought it was sketchy for gas stations to sell milk and bread and things of that nature. I wouldn 't love to get part of my groceries from a gas station so be cautious of where you shop. Real food can be found at traditional super markets as long as you know how to tell them apart. Some don’t know there are specific supermarkets that sell everything organic like Food Matters in Hickory. You can find everything you need in the grocery store and everything be “real food”. Unfortunately not every town has a store like Food Matters so they have to stick with their local grocery stores like Food Lion, Fair Value, Walmart etc. Every store has real food you just need to be smart and know exactly what you’re buying. If you need to buy a canned food item you can always read the labels. If you don’t know what everything in the label means no problem because everybody has a smart phone so all they have to do is look it
