This convocation was very inserting. The first time that I notice was when they ask people to stay for the national anthem a few people remain seat and several people did not salute. Some one behind me even made the comment that they only stood for the national anthem because the school was black. This made me think about how on social media a lot of people are refusing to stand for the national anthem. The speaker for the convocation was Andrell Harris. When he first began to speak it was hard for me to get into his speech because I felt like he kept repeating the thing he was saying.
