Controversial Issue Death Penalty

The death penalty has been a widely argue topic through court systems on whether they are to be used or not. It has been used on several court cases throughout time and it continues to be used in modern cases. Statistics say that there has been 1392 executions from 1976 to May 2016. Studies have shown that 65% of Americans support using the death penalties involving certain cases such as murder, rape, genocides etc. I also am for using the death penalty and believe it should be allowed in the United States. All of the criminals who have committed horrendous crimes should be executed to prevent any further crimes and keep citizens from fear.
