On March 23, 2017 at approximately 1410 hours I made contact with Willie Small at 605 Plum Lane, Altamonte Springs, Seiminole County in reference to returned stolen vehicle.
Small provided me with a sworn written statement which stated that an unknown person informed him where to locate his 2003 white Buick Rendezvous bearing Florida tag # Y38QFV. Small recovered his vehicle and no longer wishes to press charges.
I contacted Seminole County dispatch who removed the vehicle from FCIC/NCIC.
