During two of five observations, Instructor Mowdy's noted Mr. Winters did not increase his production rate to an acceptable pace while completing contract work and doing material handling type of work.
Feedback given from Instructor Mowdy during this work adjustment review period indicated that Mr. Winters is making minimum improvement and progress.

3) Five of five observations from Instructor Mowdy, indicated Mr. Winters demonstrated the ability to follow verbal instructions by listening carefully and completing assigned tasks.
The finished product on contract work indicated no reports of errors and indicated that he understood and followed instructions.
4) Mr. Winters gained knowledge in the areas of employers' expectations and appropriate work habits by his participation on contract work (Supervised Work Experience). Due to his short stay with the CRP, he did not participate in work adjustment classes. Therefore, he did not gain a lot knowledge about job seeking, job retention, and interviewing. No community based tryout was available.
Additionally, Mr. Winters denied working on becoming more aware and knowledgeable of accessing and utilizing at least two community resources in his community.
