What I have gleaned from this information, as a whole is that I should use it for a personal development plan that will facilitate a continuum of success academically and professionally while maintaining interpersonal relationships. First, getting back to the Jung personality type, it seems that the career in I-OP fits in with my personality type. Business Administration with I-OP has an intellectual aspect as well as requires some creativity in practice. My new job position does require a lot of service, which fits with my INJF personality, as opposed to the position I was in six months ago, just after a promotion for the company where I was previously employed for 5 years.
