Entering and Continuing the Nursing Profession
I would like to go into nursing. Being a nurse requires much hard work and dedication. There are educational requirements, initial licensure requirements, and licensure renewal requirements to meet. These are the requirements to be able to start practicing nursing and to continue.
I will need a bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) degree. According to Earning Your Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Can Expand Your Career Options, nurses with a BSN are typically given higher salaries, and more responsibility. A bachelor’s degree typically takes up to four years to complete. Educational clinical experience is provided in every nursing program.
