Sleep is very important for one's health. An eight-hour sleep is required for you to have the energy to face another busy day. Approximately one-third of the day is spent in bed. Whether you spent it sleeping soundly or not depends on solely in your mattress. A mattress has an effect in one's sleep according to American Academy of Sleep Medicine spokesman - Michael Decker. An ideal mattress is those that lessens the pressure points in your body when you lie down, therefore, giving you a better sleep.

Finding the right mattress for you might not be easy since there are lots of high-tech mattresses available today.
