Limitations: they were only able to examine 65% of the study population through the 18years of study. The death of the participant was not linked to coffee consumption therefore they were not special. There were no data on whether or not the participants changed the amount of coffee the drink over the period of the study. Women who develop diabetes were lost over the period of this study was lost
