Consumer Psych Placement At NSO: A Case Study

The writer met with the consumer today at AFC home follow up since his last hospitalization visit. The consumer psych appointment at NSO was cancel and rescheduled for Monday, 03/06/17 at 2:30pm. The consumer was sitting in the living room on his computer looking up picture on his computer. During the visit at the AFC home the consumer was hearing voices but, we were able to redirect him back to his computer. The consumer was well groom with a little hallucination. However, the consumer therapist Lyneah Blake, MA, TLLP from NSO was also at the home updating the consumer treatment plan and working on a behavioral plan for the consumer.
