Consultative Edge Case Study

I have been asked to incorporate pieces of Consultative Edge into the SCU curriculum for Small Business underwriters. It is my understanding the request was made by Stacy Holtgrewe. Stacy had informed Shelly she had spoke with you about adding Consultative Edge to the SCU program and you had approved the request along with the regional trainers facilitating Consultative Edge to the Small Business underwriters.

My thoughts surrounding Consultative Edge is the training was built for Middle Market underwriters and this is a training all Middle Market underwriters will receive. Before I add parts of Consultative Edge to SCU would like to have a meeting with yourself, Shelly, Abby, Stacy and I to discuss the thought process around adding CE
