You said that you have an issue with the Constitutionality of taking someone out with a drone. Drones are not mentioned in the constitution and even if they were, it would not matter. The reason it would not matter is because it was a Robot, not a Drone.

Not only was the Robot specifically built for situations like that, but they have continuously been used for decades now, in order to help save the lives of not only the police but anyone else in danger.
