Constitutional Convention
Many leaders ,from 12 states, have come out of the Pennsylvania state house to declare a new constitution.The new constitution was just finished yesterday. The leader of this convention is George Washington. Some other important men include Benjamin Franklin and James Madison. This meeting had started on May 25th and ended yesterday.
This meeting was held to make our government a little stronger. Since Shay’s Rebellion, people fear that other rebellions will take place. Our new government will help keep violence and rebellions low. This meeting will be called the Constitutional Convention.
