The process of influencing others to accomplish the mission by providing purpose, direction, and motivation is the military definition of leadership. It was established September 17, 1993 and signed by Gen Gordon R. Sullivan, Chief of Staff. I have chosen one leader that I believe fits within this category. I did not want to choose the typical like Martin Luther King Jr. or Abraham Lincoln, but rather a lesser known leader who stands out to me. Her name is Constance Wu.
Constance Wu is an actress who can be seen on ABC’s Fresh Off the Boat. I’ve chosen Constance for a hand-full of reasons. Being one of the only actors to portray Asian-American womanhood on television, she shows purpose in her job and feels as if she’s not only an actress but
