Conservation criminology is an interdisciplinary study of the exploitation on the environment we humans have, while thinking about the consequences our exploitation of the environment has on society. It might not be illegal in some cases but it's a conservation crime because it affects the aquatic life which can have potential negative effects on us and the environment in the future.
