Mindlessly using a cell phone while driving causes easily avoidable heartache.
I have been lucky; my friends and family have been lucky. Distracted driving has not injured or killed the ones I love, but I assure you, them and myself are not innocent in this life-threatening action.
We all know the risk but the temptation of instantaneous communication seems to overtake our minds and bodies every day. Unfortunately, many have suffered the worst consequence imaginable leaving others behind to deal with loss. My heart goes out to everyone who has been through this terrible experience because I know it could have easily been me in their shoes.
I wish there was an easy way to stop people of distracted driving. I wish them hearing the disgracing
