Some people get bullied online and they want to protect themselves so they dismissed them with violent speech. Imperceptibly, the person will become a perpetrator. In the same manner, the victims cannot do any counterattack to the guys who bullied them even they were bullied at their school, so the people decided to write the violent speech online to attack the guys who bullied them as retaliation. Over time, the victims will also become the people who create the problem of cyber bullying.
Last but not least, the perpetrator thinks that cyber bullying is a behavior of joke, it also means that the people lack of awareness of the law. Most of the children did not know their actions of posted the aggressive speech is an illegal behavior.
