As part of the reward program in Mr. Hester class, his student may be able to purchase with the gained tickets a positive call or note home, this will be subject to the student action or performance, a positive or negative feedback for their parents was in their hands.
The principal has been given an opportunity to review and suggest revisions to the classroom management plan. The school principal was a contributor to the Mr. Hester classroom discussion.
The principal has agreed to participate in the use of predetermined positive and negative consequences. The school principal discussed a merit and demerit system strategy which will be held by every teacher and school staff. Mr. Hester had directions set in place for the bathroom time request, if a student needs to blow their nose they are able to do so inside the schoolroom, he stated to them that this was fine and normal.
