As part of the reward program in Mr. Hester class, his student may be able to purchase with the gained tickets a positive call or note home, this will be subject to the student action or performance, a positive or negative feedback for their parents was in their hands.
 The principal has been given an opportunity to review and suggest revisions to the classroom management plan. The school principal was a contributor to the Mr. Hester classroom discussion.
 The principal has agreed to participate in the use of predetermined positive and negative consequences. The school principal discussed a merit and demerit system strategy which will be held by every teacher and school staff. The merit point hunt down coordination board is going to be situated in the wall of the hallway so the students can track and check their merit points earned.

 Group cohesiveness and cooperation are stressed over the competition. I definitely perceived this during the pass the paper competition game to beat the other previous group time.
 Democratic practices are used to maintain order and secure compliance with reasonable limits. When one of his students had a question in mind the student must raise his hand. Mr. Hester had directions set in place for the bathroom time request, if a student needs to blow their nose they are able to do so inside the schoolroom, he stated to them that this was fine and normal.

 The teacher and students can be direct and honest with one another. During the get to know session Mr. Hester was open to receive any kind of questions about himself.
