After reading this chapter, I feel that the two types of power that I found the most favorable would be the use of referent power and the use of reward power. With the use of referent power as the leader had the use of power of becoming a role model for your followers. Although, one of the cons referent power is that it takes a long time to develop, I think in weird way it a pro because it shows that leaders are created rather than born to work on themselves over the year. I also mentioned the I feel that with of reward power is extremely important because after your hard work you want to be noticed for their hard work that I hope the leader would put their heart and soul into everything they do.
