Jeffrey Koons is an artist who enjoys exploring beyond reality. There are some artworks in particular that have a stronger connection to the theme of Fantasy. Through these artworks , Jeff Koons is able to speak his mind and give the audience the gesture they wish. One of Koons’ sculpture series, Banality, demonstrates his point of view on different icons around the world. Many of these fantasized sculptures get displayed in famous museums and other areas because of the great impact on the people. Fantasy is included in many pieces of artwork, including Lobster, Balloon Dog, and Split-Rocker. These sculptures have different characteristics, but they all have a connection in Koons’ mind. Lobster is an inflatable that hangs in Salon de Mars at Versailles. Although it seems to have a normal appearance, the lobsters’ actions connect to its Fantasy theme. The bear sexually humiliates the policemen by demonstrating him that everyone is equal.
