Over the last few months, a battle between Joe Kennedy, a high school varsity football coach, and the Bremerton School District, over whether Coach Kennedy should or should not be allowed to prayer after the football games. The reason that this has become such a problem is because Coach Kennedy has been asked to stop the prayer because it is violation of district policies and the law. This amendment is supposed to “guarantee state residents of Missouri the right to express religious beliefs and also would allow students in public schools to pray and acknowledge their religion voluntarily”. Both novels are based off of true stories with small portions of fiction in order to give the stories more depth.
