I think that congress has the most power. I have three reasons of why i believe that congress has the most power. Reason number 1: the people of each state have to vote for 2 people to go into congress. Reason number 2: the people of congress are in charge of maintaining the military and making money, etc. reason number 3: the third and final reason that i believe that congress has the most power is because if the people of congress present a law to the [resident and the president vetoes that law then congress has to take a revote if ⅔’rds and more vote to make that law a law then the law is automatically made.

They are in charge of these things because if the president felt as if that he needed to declare war he can’t because congress is actually in charge of declaring wars on other countries. This backs up my claim because if they were not in charge of the things that they are in charge of then the country could in fact almost de under rule of one person like a king, but that is exactly the thing this country is against, we don’t want just one person to make the laws and all that. Our founding fathers left england because of that exact reason to get their freedom away from a dictator like a king. Why would they leave the dictatorship only to create one that they were trying to get away
