Introduction
A political economy looks at the conditions that are conducive to the production or consumption as organized by the nation. It emphasizes the importance of economics to the state by expressing the laws of production of wealth at the state level just like the politics of economics in the households. This philosophy head back to the days of the Chinese philosopher, Confucius, an ancient Chinese philosopher and political leader. He lived during the time of great conflict and chaos, which was known as the spring and autumn era. Before the concept of the Confucian philosophy was taken actions into actual political economy, the argument was mainly about the moral markets. Where Confucianism purposed that there exists a balance between ethnicity and moral behavior. To be more precise, one can choose between acting morally and ethnically to gain reputation or, acting selfishly to gain more wealth, which was also known as the balance between the profit and proper order. Consequently, the problem became simpler, it was just the balance between moral and money, so that the ancient Chinese leaders or rulers stared to use Confucianism to make laws and regulations to their residents. Political economies entail looking that the production and trade of nations and their relations with the government, customs and the law. It will also look at the way that national income is distributed including national wealth. According to Confucius, this is supposed to the moral obligation of the leaders. Because there are potential conflicts between rich and poor, and suck conflicts result in corruption. Being rich and wealthy also means that each household of the nation should be able to afford sufficient food. The people must have confidence in their ruler to protect them and work for their interests. This was the economic thought of Confucius.
