Such as adapting to an unusual place is extremely laborious and challenging. In 2012 I moved to the United States of America from Syria (a war was and still going on there). Therefore, we had to flee like many others that were seeking hope and looking for a dazzling future that Syria can no longer offer. My family and I were one of the many fortunate people that were able to flee the country. When we arrived in the United States my family knew no one to seek help from, but unlike the Pilgrims, we had shelter and the food. And by time, my family and I made many good friends that helped us adapt faster. However, what was our major problem is the English language, since in Syria we only get taught French and Arabic. We knew no English, the school was challenging for all of us. But we overcame the problem by possessing hope and working together. Then I realized the importance of succeeding in school so I was very determined to work hard in school and have exceptional grades. By the time High School came around I was mostly taking all difficult classes. These were the challenges that I faced in my life. Now I feel that I am ready for any challenge that I might have in the
