Conflict Style Analysis

1. The conflict style that I believe to be used in my home the most is collaboration.

2. The conflict style, collaboration, is most effective in my home because each of us express how we feel about a particular issue and find a way to meet in the middle so that everyone is content and that the root of the problem is resolved graciously.

3. The style I choose to use most often would probably be compromise, although I still agree with collaboration. These conflict styles tend to work well together, complementing one another when you find the perfect ratio of each. There aren't many disagreements in my home, but when there are they are usually easily resolved with either collaboration, compromise, or both.
