The healthcare workforce is a representation of the growing diversity of the American population. Consequently, conflict in the workplace among employees, patients, other sections are inevitable. As a result, when someone is involved or witness conflict at work he or she needs to take the opportunity to learn and grow from such conflict to gain knowledge and to have a better understanding of one another culture and experiences to enhance a better work environment.
