Historically, unions and management start in Industrial Revolution, with the expansion of building this country (with factories and manufacturing). Works stop working on farms and start being employed at companies, harsh labor working conditions. The government did little to improve employees working conditions. Labor movement began to come into effect to better the working and safety condition in the industrial industry. The relationship was based on government policies, depression, economy, and judicial ruling became a battleground between union and managements, which became very hostile. Unions start to form change and improve the labor movement. Employees start to undertake in strikes and picketing for organization and government to understand
