Shakespeare's play explores the close bonded family feud between two different families and the negative responses it attracts. In Romeo and Juliet the feud between the Montagues and the Capulets is the catalyst for all conflict between Romeo and Juliet. The pair are born from "fatal loins", meaning the conflict between the two families has a greater power over their love. It is forbidden. The personification gives the allusion that the "ill-fate" conflict exists in more ways than just hate. The theme of conflict is relevant to me because familial conflict is a negative reaction I have, and will, continue to experience as long as I am connected with my family. The conflict between the Capulets and Montagues is foreshadowed in the prologue,
