Nursery workers may be faced with confidentiality dilemmas on a regular basis due to service users being unhappy about personal issues and resulting in telling their key person as they feel they are the only people who they trust. If nursery workers are faced with this problem, the conversation can only be taken further if what they have been told is necessary to pass on. For example, if the service user or one of their close family members had broken a law. If this was to take place, the worker would have to inform the service user before telling anyone further. However, if the worker gets told personal information in which is upsetting yet does not necessarily need to be taken further, they cannot, in any incidences tell any other person
