Concordia University Meeting Report

Meeting one 2/9/17 Today we meet at the Eagle landing at Concordia University. I did not know anybody in the group all of them was new for me but others girls they knew each other’s. Kristen she start talk about her life, and about which year she is in Concordia University she is senior in Concordia University. After Kristen selina she introduce her self and she talk about her life and what year she is Concordia University, she is senior too. After selina Kayla she intrude her self, and she is senior. After that Sarah she introduce herself, and she is junior in Concordia University, after that it was my turn to introduce my self and I was junior. In this group Kristen and selina they are leadership because they always have good things to talk about it. The leadership mean influence entered through communication that helps a group achieve goals performance of leadership function by any member, and also selina and Kristen they are leader too because they was to have everything good and right the leader means a person who uses communication influence others to meet group goals and needs any person indention by members if group as a leader a person designed as leader by election or application. For example in this project our goal is that to be done and to know everything good on it and we can focus for our next meeting when we are bring articles so we can talk about
