The reporting party (RP) stated she is a resident of the facility and resides in room #106 with her mother (would not provide name). According to the RP her room is near the front desk where the "concierge" (receptionist) sits. The concierge brought in her own air freshener which caused the RP to have allergic reactions. Consequently the RP began to have shortness of breath, coughing, sore throat, and other various symptoms. The RP is unable to participate in activities in the living room area due to the air freshener drifting down the hall to that particular area. The RP stated she spoke with the administrator regarding the issue with the air freshener and was informed the concierge would be required to lower the intensity, however she would
