Antony and Cleopatra, the amazing true love story, is one of the most remarkable, compelling, and emotional in all of history. The relationship between them is a true test of love. Antony and Cleopatra fell madly in love the first time they saw one another. The relationship between Antony and Cleopatra put the Egyptians in a powerful position. However, their love affair enraged the Romans who were vigilant of the developing powers of Egypt. Yet, despite all the threats, they got married. Similarly, Romeo and Juliet is a classic Shakespearean love story in this sense. In it, Romeo and Juliet must struggle to overcome the many barriers thrown at them, so they may be able to be together.
