Concentration Anxiety

Anxiety has always been a struggle for me, not only me, but for many others. Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease. In some cases it becomes so severe that it affects your everyday life. A trip to the store for example becomes a first class ticket to a panic attack. A doctor or therapist is most the time your only option but sadly all they can do is put you on anti-depressants; which is not only bad for you, but they are also highly addictive. I’ve seen, what I thought was silly at the time, ads on TV or blogs saying, “Meditation saved my life” or “Becoming a Zen person has made me a new person”. I began to think that maybe these “silly things” could help me. The first few sessions of meditation did absolutely nothing for me, and after those few times I completely lost hope in myself.

Concentration Meditation is a type of technique which trains the mind to concentrate and focus on an object or just plain nothingness. This allows the mind to be calm and awaken beyond elaboration. Once you get a hold of this view you can use it for your wellness and for greater good. Mindfulness Meditation is one of the most effective meditations known to humanity. This technique helps you manage to pay attention. It is believed that this meditation provides pain relief and helps with those that are anxious and depressed. Heart-Centered Meditation is my favorite kind of meditation. It has helped thousands of people all over the world dealing with heartache, anxiety, depression and self-harm. This meditation will help you abolish your fear and sadness leaving you cleansed in radiance of loving kindness and compassion. This technique helps open the heart and removes negative energy. In conclusion I would recommend meditation to anyone struggling with a mental illness or not. Meditation makes you a happier and healthier human being inside and
