According to my results my sodium intake is above recommended rang. My DRI is 1500-2300mg but my intake is a whopping 3564 mg!! I never had much of a sweet tooth; I always seem to crave the salty foods specifically Salt and Vinegar Lays Chips!!! These chips contain 230mg of sodium as well as 10% of recommended daily value intake!! If I continue a high sodium diet that will increase my blood pressure as a consequence it can lead to heart disease. Heart disease is a very dreadful as well as a common disease; it tortured my grandfather for several years until it ultimately took his life in 2012. I will decrease my sodium intake by changing the foods I eat that means no more frozen Hot Pockets or canned soups.
