Compromising Is Good

I am surprised that compromising or collaborating were not the highest since I do prefer to compromise and collaborate more than the other 3. My compromising score is seven, which I do agree with, but I believe it should have been the highest score. I always prefer to compromise, especially when there is conflict at work since I believe compromising is important for companies to succeed. I do believe that compromising too much is bad because, even if I do not agree with the person, I sacrifice my position just so the conflict would end and we would feel like nobody is the loser.
