First stage is the self-assessment is the first step in the career planning process to help you identify your interests, skills, personality, and values and how they can be matched with your educational and career goals. Career Exploration is part of the process of learning about yourself and the area of employment in which you identified and explore the potential satisfaction of your career where you develop an effective strategy to realize your goals.
