During this course have learned various important use of employment gathering information, techniques and development of career strategic planning which was followed by series of classmate’s discussions, exercise, test and a completed personal self-assessment. Having an understanding of career exploration stages and knowing how to evaluate, personal analysis of my ability and follow all stages of career decision-making following up with a resume and cover letter.

They are many numerous web tools, resources are available to help you get a sense of their interest and skills as well as gain employment experience and learn about employment opportunities. First stage is the self-assessment is the first step in the career planning process to help you identify your interests, skills, personality, and values and how they can be matched with your educational and career goals. Career Exploration is part of the process of learning about yourself and the area of employment in which you identified and explore the potential satisfaction of your career where you develop an effective strategy to realize your goals.
