From a simple point of view, conflict is defined as a situation in which two or more people are disagreeing with the actions of an individual or a group. Conflicts are inherent to human beings as well as they are part of the human nature. As a matter of fact, we are continually involved in different types of conflict not only with other people but with ourselves. Therefore, making decisions as well as choosing the best options to resolve or manage a conflict could be a problem for many individuals. In addition, as socials beings, we interact with each other being conscious that a variety of conflicts could arise. These conflicts are based on opposite interests -or desired outcomes- either with one person/group or by the fact that some decisions could favor or not the parties involved. Hence, people sometimes get scary to know their reality from different perspectives. The Comprehensive Conflict Coach Model (CCCM) is based on a communication perspective and accepts a constructionist introduction to help clients to analyze their conflicts. This model is it useful for the following reasons: a) helps conflict practitioners to see critical expectations; b) acts as an action map with a series of steps connected that build upon each other; and c) facilitate conflict coaches a place to start and expand through social interactions and its interpretations.
