1. The topics which are important to me are the components of physical fitness and weight management. The components of fitness are Cardiovascular Fitness, Muscular Fitness, Body Composition and Flexibility. These components of fitness are very important to me because it makes me work on all the parts of my body. I used to play Soccer where I had a really good cardio but I stopped playing soccer recently. So the Cardiovascular fitness component can help me get back the cardio that I had when I used to play Soccer. It will also make motivate me to get a better shaped body. Also the components of fitness will also motivate me to be more organised so that I will not have to forgo my workout exercise to do my assignments. The components of fitness is also important in my lifestyle because it will give more confidence, it can also encourage me to try other new sports rather than Soccer only, it will also prevent me from feeling weak and sore when I get old and it will prevent me from getting diseases like cancer and obesity. Weight management is also very important to me and my lifestyle because losing weight and keeping it off has been always a difficult challenge to me. Weight management will also be important to me since it only works when you exercise frequently and you eat healthy which can make me become more physically fit. Physically fit in the sense that weight management can help me eat more healthy foods, do exercises every day, get enough sleep and it can also help me feel more apt to perform other physical activities. By doing weight management, I am going living an active and energetic lifestyle and it is going to give me more points in front girls and I can also help me get all the girls in Champlain College because I will more confident. …show more content…
To maintain my health in the components of physical fitness for next semester, I will have be organise and discipline starting at the beginning of the semester. This will be helpful because I will be able to do my assignments while still maintaining my workout exercise and in this way, I would not have to forgo a workout day to do an assignment or study for a test. Also, I realise that the most important thing in working out is discipline and exercising for a long time to get an excellent results, So I am going to follow this rules while doing working out next semester. Also I will have to reduce the number of time I spent watching videos on Face book and You tube, so that I can use this time to do an assignment or get some sleep. If I cannot do it, then I will have to delete the Face book app on my iphone. To maintain my health in weight management for next semester, I will have to start portion eating, that is I will have to eat half and keep the rest and I will have to change the size of the plate in which I eat my food. Also, I will have to start reading food labels so that I will know which foods are healthy or not. This would help me eat only the most important food and it can help me lose some weight. I could also maintain my health in weight management by going to gym regularly and exercising for a long time because the change only comes when more stress is apply on the
