Compound:- He sleeps only four to five hours every day, but he doesn’t realize how lack of sleep is negatively affecting his immunity system. Complex:- Whenever he gets at least seven hours of sleep, he feels relaxed and more attentive. Compound complex:- at least seven to eight hours of sleep is important for his immunity system, if he don’t get enough sleep, then serious health problem may occur, such as heart disease, heart attacks, diabetes or obesity When he doesn’t have a lot of work to do, he tries to get as much sleep as possible
Getting enough sleep is important for mental health, and it is equally as important for physical health.
