As we mention before our methodology built on the Coca Cola Company. And we try to find out the some answers to our questions.

The social media report find that 96% of the companies use the social media and 58% of them strongly agree that he social media has create benefit on the business. Of course the coca cola is one of these company. Coca cola tries to reach all the customers and the potential customer on the different social media channels. And listen to them to improve its products and make the customer satisfied.
Coca Cola has many different accounts on the social media and Table_1 illustrate that.

Depending on this different category-marketing target the coca cola develop its social marketing strategy.

The coca cola monitor this in order to be able to respond. Coca cola responsible monitor their customer and their employee behaviour on the social media. To do this they select a special agency. This agency called 360i agency. This agency responsible to monitor the social media channel for all the different products of the coca cola company Also the responsible to keep track with the customer, in order to analysis it and report back to the company.

At the same time the company has another analytics tool such as NetBase, Sysomos, Lithium, FanBridge and NM Incite.

In general 72% of the companies analysis their social media channels.

Coca cola has been ranking as the best examples of successful social marketing. By make the best use of the Facebook. In addition Coca cola is the second brand who sponsor the trending topic on the 1 Twitter’s promoted tweets section (a World Cup promotion). This social media tactic resulted in 86 million impressions (views) of the ad in 24 hours.

One of the amazing tactic in the marketing strategy of the coca cola company is that : the providing exclusivity. For example Muslims all over the world have a special month each year which is “Ramadan” and coca cola always make some special offer in this month much motivate the Muslims to buy this type of soda instead of Pepsi, for example.

Using the social media in the business has some disadvantage on the company same time. Even a large and successful company in using social media had some problems with it like the coca cola company.
