I wanted to send an update about the upcoming 2016 “I Comply” Compliance Roadshow. Plans are well underway and the details are coming together nicely! In total, 10 Cigna-HealthSpring offices will be a part of the tour touching over 3,500 employees face-to-face as well as countless others via a recorded video at the end of the roadshow via email.
In order to best prepare to your office’s visit, I would like to request a few action items of you. These ‘to- do’s’ are essential to helping us reiterate senior leader support as well as promoting compliance awareness and partnership. We are requesting your help in promoting the roadshow stop in your city! If you could please send a follow up email directly to your employees to request attendance and participation. Feel free to use the following sample verbiage or come up with your own along similar lines.
“Hello everyone, Please make it a priority to attend the “I Comply Roadshow”. Mark your calendars in advance and come prepared to learn something new about Compliance. Rich and I look forward to seeing you there!”
• Your Talking Points for the Presentation: I would like to kindly ask you to briefly present at the start of my presentation. My team will send PowerPoint slides to review advance as we want you to be as prepared and comfortable as possible. You know your market best, so please feel free to put your own flair on the presentation, but please stick to the content so that the messaging is consistent across all markets. Rosalind Robinson and Kelly Pate will be able to answer any questions.
