Every project will have some schedule before starting the project. The common dates included in every project are mentioned below.
Non-Risk Adjusted (NRA) date (Soni & Acharya, 2007): NRA date is that completing the project without any risk in the schedule.
Risk Adjusted (RA) date (Soni & Acharya, 2007): RA date is that while completing the project some risk may come so that needs an additional time to solve the risk.
Bounding Box (BB) or upper limit (Soni & Acharya, 2007): Bounding Box is that the project should finish on time in any situation. The decision on this will be taken by the project manager.

Schedule Estimation (Soni & Acharya, 2007): Estimation of schedule includes the project deadline. How many days do we have to complete the project and how the resources should be used effectively so that the project get executed on time? Schedule estimation is the main factor in the project management. Therefore, this should be done carefully so that the project will not get delayed.
2. Changing team composition frequently (Gupta, 2014): This also may cause slippage. The project team will get comfortable with the other team members when they start working. So if the team composition is changed then it affects the performance of team members in the project which will lead to schedule slippage.
3. Ambiguous Project Requirement (Soni & Acharya, 2007): For every project the first thing to be considered is the requirements. While scheduling the project, requirements should be known clearly otherwise it may lead to the project interruption.
