I would utilize yoga for myself and during practice depending on what issues is being addressed, because I believe physical fitness is imperative for maintaining a healthy life. Along with a healthy life comes a happy individual. While using yoga for myself, it can benefit my practice releasing body tension, easing muscle pains, and relaxing my mind. While doing the same for my client during practice. It will be hard to communicate with the client effectively if the client is all tensed and uptight. The whole purpose of working with the client is to define and address the problem, providing the client with needed services and necessary resources. Not all clients issues may be addressed through yoga, but I would definitely utilize it when working with clients experiencing body
