Competitor Analysis I identified competitors with almost the same kind of business model. Some of them were firsts in the industry and some of them are new entrants as well. The marketing mix (product, price, place, promotions) are sourced from the competitor’s websites, social media pages as well as personal experiences.

Product • Zaril offers products from different brands that belongs to the following categories: Apparel, beauty and physique, food, and décor and gadgets.

Price • There is no available information regarding the rental price. However, the average price of the products of their partner brands are pretty much affordable.
Promotions • Shopitude has an inactive facebook page.
• Customer reviews are not replied to.
• Their Instagram page has a strong following and they regularly posts pictures of their stores.
Competitor Analysis: Marketing Mix of Shopitude The location of Shopitude in Espana is ideal because it is along the main road. It is also easily seen and near FEU and UST so students flock the concept store from time to time. For the interiors, Shopitude has a simple black and white design. The dim lighting also makes it hard for customers to get a proper view of the products.

Style Metro
Product • They have partner brands offering a variety of products from food and pastries, clothing, shoes, geek accessories, beauty products, gadgets, etc.
• For the spaces for rent, there are different sizes of shelves and racks available.

Competitor Analysis: Marketing Mix of Style Metro The interiors of Style Metro are girly, pinkish and extremely bright. Which, according to online reviews, engages and entices the customer to enter and shop in the concept store. They also find the make-up products being sold in the concept store interesting and very affordable. In the reviews, it can be presumed that majority of the market of Style Metro are women.
